One month after our launch I am excited to announce that WysLife is already launching a laundry list of new features in our V2.0 Launch, which was launched today. As promised we have been listening to what our users want, so we can offer the best user experience possible. Our WysLoop product has just become a 10 times more powerful than it was a week ago. I won’t go into too much detail on the new features as there are a lot of them but here are the major ones.
- Listings Baby – That’s right you can now create listings and manage the progress, goals, milestones, documents, events and much more of all your listings. We have built-in the same features for a listing as for a purchase contract. Once your listing goes to contract you can seamlessly convert your listing right into a Purchase.
- Templates – You asked for it and we are giving it to you. You can now create your own custom checklist and save them for the future. And you can create smart checklist items using our Upload Docs, Create Event and Invite features. Create different checklist for different kinds of transactions; short sales, foreclosures, ext. You can start with our base and improve. If you are a broker Admin you can create Company Checklist, so you can make sure all your key documents are being uploaded.
- Add Different Users – A lot of our users have asked for different names for certain users. For example, they wanted to invite their assistant into the transaction but they did not want to call them an Agent. We have now given you the ability to invite a Closing Attorneys, Assistant, Short Sale Specialist, Title Officer, and a Loan Processor into the transaction.
- Modify Checklist on the Fly- You can also modify your checklist on the fly during the transaction. Want to make sure a document gets uploaded or an event gets created, add it to your checklist so you can stay organized.
- Gallery – You can now add multiple pictures for a house. Upload all your photos and everyone can see them without going back to MLS.
- Search – You can now search Current, Closed and Canceled, documents, events, messages and contacts.
- Reply All & Sent Messages – You can now Reply All to messages and you can also see all of your sent messages.
In the very near future will be offering some amazing new features for your clients that will make the buying process that much easier.
- Direct Online Utility Hook Ups – Right from our site your customers will be able to order and setup their utilities. They will be able to compare pricing for their area on Cable, Satellite, Internet, Phone and in some places Gas & Electricity. Then order their services, and even setup their installation date. All right from their WysHome account.
- Home Insurance – We have partnered with 8 of the largest home insurance providers in the nation to give our users the best deals on home insurance. Right from our system with out filling out a single form, making a single call or sending out a single email our homebuyers will get competitive bids on insurance delivered directly to them. Depending on their area we will get quotes from up to 8 providers and then narrow those down to the best 3 deals. The buyer will have an Insurance Agent to work with that they can talk to directly. If the homebuyer choose to purchase one of our policies we automatically upload all of their documents and contact information into their WysHome account. And there is no cost or obligation. If the escrow officer is part of the transaction they will immediately get them the invoice and proof of insurance. We are taking the hassle out of home insurance and providing our users the best rates in America.
